Dale has 10 years’ experience in the management of workplace information and specialises in workplace assessment and disposal programs.
Dale has undertaken significant Shrink Projects for a number of large organisations: these are an independent and objective analysis of workplaces to determine space, layout and resource requirements.
Shrink delivers significant cost savings and process efficiencies through the reduction of hard copy materials and through streamlining processes for creating, storing and archiving information. Shrink guides organisations in making informed, business-based decisions about layout and facilities of an existing and/or new location.
Dale’s work also lays the foundation for Electronic Document Management.
Dale has experience in the retail, building, engineering, health and finance industries as well as extensive involvement in State and Local Government information management projects.
