Glen Morgan
Senior Consultant
Glen has over 20 years experience in Senior Management roles, moving from technical roles in the private sector (building, construction and mining) into strategic and operational management in the public sector, where most recently she was Manager, Strategic Processes and Systems in NSW Treasury.
Glen has a multi-discipline background, including:

- Full lifecycle management of complex and varied business improvement and change management projects.
Recent achievements
- Initiated and implementing the business intelligence and process improvement project for NSW Treasury.
- Reviewed information practices and implemented information management projects for NSW government agencies including digital recordkeeping.
- Led the election costings project for the 2007 NSW State elections.
- Implemented the reforms to home building in NSW including the privatisation of the statutory insurance scheme, reviewing and improving internal processes and information management.
- Developed and implemented a new model for home building complaints in NSW resulting in a major reduction in complaints and reduced processing time.
- Developed and implemented a new model for grant allocations from the Casino Community Benefit Fund ($10m) to the community.
