John Lockwood
Senior Consultant
John’s previous role was Director, Information Services for the University of South Australia. He has an Honours Degree in Mathematical Statistics and coordinated the building of the first data warehouse in the university sector in Australia.
He undertakes national statistical analysis and conducted a four year research project across the majority of the universities in Australia.
Since leaving the university sector in 2001, he has done considerable consulting work in statistics, particularly in the use of ABS and associated data for market research and social profiling.
John has taken the lead role for a number of key Experience Matters projects, notably:
- The legal research and records management components of the Compliance and Retention Schedule development for Newmont Australia.
- Project manager for the project to develop the OneSantos Enterprise Classification Scheme, Santos Compliance Regime and Santos Retention Schedule.
- Preparation of a IT Strategic Plan for fmg Engineering.
