Getting IT Right: Working collaboratively with Consulting Insights and the KAIZEN Institute, Rob has drawn on his extensive experience, skills and learning to address the deep systemic issues that corporate IT faces today. Using a unique combination of proven IT architectural principles, techniques and tools combined with industrial strength continuous improvement he has developed a path to shift IT from being a constraint to an enabler of sustainable business growth.
Business Level Enterprise Architecture: Working collaboratively with key stakeholders from within the business and IT to develop a sound set of principles and practices in the areas of Information, Data, Business Capability, Communication and User Experience Architectures
Balanced Scorecard: Working with the executive team, direct reports and data providers to design and implement balanced scorecard for management reporting.
Data Management: Core business aspects of data management including Kaizen based Data Quality Management, Information and Data Architecture, Conceptual, Logical and Interface Modelling, and Data Administration
Process Modelling: Mapping of current stare and future state process maps. Included here is the ability to gain alignment across business areas by developing shared understanding on process intent and stakeholder needs. Applying Kaizen principles to eliminate waste and improve processes.
Strategic Planning: Taking a management team through the steps of developing a business strategy. The result is a living plan with team alignment, action plans, accountabilities and targets.
Workshop design and delivery: Design and delivery of workshops targeting specific business issues. Speciality include: Business Modelling, Issue resolution, Brainstorming, Idea generation and team alignment.
Innovation Training: Training staff in key aspects of innovation, business change and scenario planning.
