Experience Matters facilitated and presented at the ARK Masterclass: "Transforming Workplace Environments"
- The focus was on realising how your physical workspace can improve employee engagement, organisational culture and business productivity.
Brian Nielsen facilitated the event and Brian, Dale Chartres and Alan Hansell presented on topics including:
- Managing information for workplace productivity
- The business case - political and management challenges
- Workplace shrink: a practical approach that enables informed, business-based decisions about an existing or new location, layout and facilities.
