Course Overview
A group seminar session that introduces participants to business information and records management.
This seminar aims to provide an overview of records and information management, introducing participants to the key components and principles of records management and records management programs.
Participants will explore the differences between records and information resources and the practices required to effectively manage business information as intellectual assets.
This training is tailored to meet the requirements of the State Records Act and State Records Standards and Guidelines, in particular the requirements for creation, capture, disposal and maintenance of records.
