Overview

How can we be sure we are doing the right thing at the right time?

Making the right choice, setting priorities and taking effective action requires a ‘big picture’ view of the organisation so efforts are not misdirected and resources wasted, or worse, creating more problems. Our ‘big picture’ looks at the total ‘system’ that is the business. In this workshop students gain an introduction to, and a basic understanding of both detail complexity, which is the ‘bits and pieces’ and how they relate and dynamic complexity, which explores the behaviour of the system.
